Frisco Insider - Star Car Crash + Sky Zone Opens + More

The Monday Scoop for Frisco

Howdy Frisco,

It’s Monday! If your weekend felt like it lasted three hours and your to-do list now looks like a CVS receipt, same here. But we’re back in action, and this week’s got everything: big crashes, big festivals, new trampolines, and yes, more roadwork than anyone asked for. Let’s get into it.

Mercedes G-Wagen Crashes Into 7 Parked Cars at The Star

No one inside. One Tesla Cybertruck split in half.

On Friday around 5 p.m., a Mercedes G-Wagen collided with seven parked cars at The Star in Frisco, right near Avenue of the Champions and Cowboys Way. The cause? A medical emergency behind the wheel, according to Frisco Police.

One of the vehicles hit was a Tesla Cybertruck, which ended up split in half (seriously).
The driver was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
No charges are being filed; officials say there’s nothing suggesting the crash was intentional.
Thankfully, none of the parked cars were occupied at the time.

If there’s a silver lining, it’s this: Frisco PD handled things swiftly, and we’re all reminded to appreciate a boring, uneventful commute.
