67-Year-Old Frisco Man Sentenced to 70 Years for Abusing Children

Billy Bob Dunfield, a registered sex offender with a prior federal conviction for child pornography, has now been sentenced to 70 years in prison without parole after being found guilty of continuous sexual abuse of a child and indecency with a child.
He manipulated families and lied to gain access to victims over the span of seven years, beginning when one of the victims was just 5 years old.
Thanks to brave testimonies, forensic interviews, and the work of Frisco PD and the Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center, he will never be allowed to hurt another child again.
DA Greg Willis called the case "a reminder for all guardians to trust their gut and speak up."

Fields Developer Unveils Ultra-Luxury Community: The Preserve

Fehmi Karahan, the mastermind behind Legacy West, just revealed his next stunner: The Preserve, a gated golf-side community in Fields featuring 233 custom homes starting at $3.5M.
Residents will enjoy PGA tournament views from their backyard and walkable access to Fields West, a retail hub 20% larger than Legacy West.

Developers say 70% of retail spots are already leased before construction even begins, signaling a strong appetite for Frisco’s next big thing.

Meanwhile, nearby developments like The Mix and Firefly Park are adding billions in residential, retail, and office space, Frisco's skyline is literally being reimagined.

200 Homes Sold in Frisco Last Month

Housing is still hopping: Frisco’s April report shows:

• 200 homes sold

• A healthy median home price

• Slight uptick in days on the market

Still a seller’s game, but with lots of fresh listings coming online, buyers may have a window to jump in before summer heats up.
