The Monday Scoop for Frisco

Howdy, Frisco.
It’s the last day of June, and let’s be honest, it’s a little slower out there this week. The kids are somewhere between “summer bored” and “inventing WWE moves on the couch,” and half the neighborhood is out of office until July 7th. But don’t worry, whether you're grilling, chilling, or dodging one more “Are we there yet?”, I’ve got you covered with everything buzzing in Frisco (including literal drones).

DoorDash Launches Drone Delivery in Frisco
Yes, you read that right. You can now order food that flies to your backyard. Thanks to a partnership with Flytrex, DoorDash has officially launched drone delivery for residents of Frisco and Little Elm.
Orders from spots like Papa John’s and The Brass Tap
Available 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Order right in the DoorDash app
Drones can carry up to 6.6 pounds (soon 8.8)
Your food arrives hot, with no contact, and straight from the sky. Frisco, you futuristic show off.
Also: Frisco was also the first U.S. metro to pilot Walgreens + Wing drone deliveries in 2021. Now? We’re basically the Uber of the skies.

That’s it for this Monday, Frisco. It may be a slower news week, but the skies are buzzing (literally), hockey’s heating up, and the Fourth of July spirit is building. Check on your neighbors, snag some shade, and maybe try a drone burrito just because you can.
Catch y’all Friday with a bunch of info about July 4th!
