These brave crews are expected to remain in California for up to two weeks, with the potential for extensions as conditions evolve.
Winter Weather Lingers in Frisco
Temperatures in Frisco remain chilly, with the possibility of a wintry mix later this week. Here’s how to prepare:
Drip your faucets to avoid frozen pipes.
Bundle up! Highs this week will struggle to climb above the 40s.
For road updates, call Frisco’s 24/7 Public Works hotline: 972-292-5800.
FCS Championship Tailgaters Brave the Cold
Toyota Stadium played host to the FCS National Championship Game, welcoming North Dakota State and Montana State fans. While Frisco's near-freezing weather challenged locals, fans from the north considered it “perfect football weather.” Toyota Stadium will undergo renovations soon, making this the last championship game hosted here for a while.
A Frisco Hero Honored
Brandon Brogdon recently celebrated one year since his life was saved by Good Samaritan Constantino Rodriguez Morales. After suffering a cardiac arrest while driving on I-635, Rodriguez performed CPR, saving his life. A year later, the Brogdon family reunited with their hero to celebrate the gift of life.
